CONTENTS: Familiarisation with the Class 6.2 of the IATA Regulations. Applicability (definitions, basis of regulations, responsibilities). Nomenclature (units of measurement, abbreviations, symbols). Infectious Substances. State and Operator Variations. The 4 risk group of Class 6.2 . Selecting proper shipping name, alphabetical and numerical lists. Packaging specifications "Class 6.2, 4G". Requirements for marking and labelling packages and overpacks. Exemptions for placards for ground transportation. The completion of the Shipper's declaration by air and road. Knowing and applying the requirements of the Canadian TDG. Statutory training requirements. Emergency responses. Exam.
