Provincial decree (Quebec) on the transportation of dangerous goods by road.
Interpretation (definitions).
Application / Exemptions.
Classification (9 classes, packing groups and Material Safety Data Sheets).
Selecting proper shipping name, alphabetical and numerical lists.
Requirements for marking and labelling packages.
Requirements of placards applicable to ground transportation.
Completion of waste manifest.
Training requirements.
Exam.
