 The buyer is responsible for handling, packaging, labeling, marking and properly documentating his product. It must respect all applicable LOCAL and FEDERAL laws governing their use. Do not assume that packaging, labeling and marking are all that is required to meet the norms.

Because the vendor has no specific information concerning the use of packagings, labels or markings, he therefore assumes no responsibility for their use or their possible lack of compliance to the laws governing the transportation of dangerous goods.
Shipped (and handled) products must be labelled and packaged as stipulated by the applicable norms.
